I am starting the 30 Day Shred today, to go with my calorie counting. Since July I have lost 13 pounds just calorie counting with MYFITNESSPAL. I am wanting to lose more, just to make myself comfortable. Can y'all tell me how much you think I should lose? I mean I want to be healthy but I want to lost more weight I just don't know how much to lose till I should stop. I went from 146 to now 133. I am thinking 115? I am 5'3" just to note.

I think you look fine :/ I'd kill to look like that. I don't think you need to lose anything. If you're really wanting to make yourself more "comfortable" I would say just try to tone up a little.
I think you look great as you are now. If you're still not feeling comfortable with how you look, I would focus more on toning up, not losing weight.
Concentrate on toning. You don't need to lose any weight.
Thanks ladies. I just can't get out of the mind set of my 180 PP self image I guess. And that was almost 4 years ago. I just can't seem to feel like I look good..
Honestly I think you look great. 10lbs is alot, and I think if you lost that much you would be to skinny.
You look good right now! I don't think you need to lose any weight, If anything maybe work out a little to tighten up a bit. You have a really nice body :)

I wouldn't focus on how much you weigh. I would just try toning up! I would kill to be where you are right now! I have so much to lose to get there though.
You ladies are way too kind. I am starting the 30 DS because my husband encouraged me to tone, cause he thinks I am fine, but I can't seem to see that. I have struggled with weight my whole life, and being 98 pounds when I got pregnant, anything over 100 feels HUGE!
Your size is great. If you want to slim up, concentrate on building lean muscle...you'll weigh about the same but be thinner since muscle weighs more than fat & takes up less space. So you might go down in size & maybe not on the scale, hope that makes sense.
