How often do you go over your calories for the day? I'm going over mine today for sure cuz I have less that 300 calories for dinner and that's hardly possible...

But I feel so guilty. I want to lose weight so bad and have done good the past few days and let today slip a little.

One pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories.. You would have to go over that much in order to gain anything.

If you went over ALL the time and by a lot then worry.. Maybe take an extra long walk??

I never go over on mine (unless I'm in "f**k it" mode). I set 1200-1300 cals a day and I eat alllllll day! literally.

Do you like mushrooms? Grap one of those huge mushroom caps at the store, fill it with low sugar/calorie prego, and top with a whole bunch of fresh veggies.... You're probably only looking at 150-200 cals with that, and it's delicious!

I started going over ... But once I started planning snacks/meals and looking what I could have, it stopped.. Now, I use my "problem foods" as a reward. I just figure them in to the day and plan accordingly.

I have my calories set at 1700 a day to try and maintain well i keep losing. I think you will be good just don't go over like the other mama says all the time and by a lot. Also if you don't drink enough water it may seem like your gaining weight.
