that blood pressure is not horrible your top number is a little high but i dont think it warrants meds

A nurse told you that? Has your doctor informed you that you are a high risk pregnancy?
Have they tested you for protein in your urine?
How long has your heart rate been over 100? Is that your resting BPM?

that's what I was thinking...Now if she has protein in your urine they should (or will) be getting concerned...
143/66 doesn't sound bad at all. I was told that the systolic (top number) in a blood pressure reading is usually effected by stress, excitement ect. and that as long as the diastolic number is low.. which yours is, it was not an indicator of any major problems. My systolic is always above 140, because I get very nervous when getting my blood pressure taken. Not sure on the heart rate, but that would also be raised due to stress. Did they monitor you over a period of time to confirm that your resting heart rate was high, or just isolated instances at an appointment. Do you have any other symptoms or indications of problems? I wouldn't think a doctor would induce before 34 weeks without strong evidence of harm. Maybe get a second opinion? I don't know anything else about your situation and I am not a doctor, just relaying my own experience.
my doctors dont tell me anything and my blood pressure and heart rate has been like that for almost 3 weeks now
yeah i have chronic high bp from even before i had my daughter and i have to takes meds my bp was 180/110 when i got prescribed meds what they usually worry about is protien in urine and how close the numbers are like 110/90 stuff like that

get a new doctor.
For blood pressure, they don't normally go by one reading. They'll have you monitor it at home and come in (depending on the dr's office, etc) to check it over a couple of weeks. They'll also test your urine to see if you're leaking protein into it. 140/66 isn't horrible. It's slightly higher than it should be, but it's not crazy high. A normal bp is somewhere around 120/70, but they normally like to see it around 130-135/90ish if you're on meds. If you aren't leaking protein, they might not put you on anything yet.
As far as the heartrate goes, that can be normal during pregnancy. If you google heartrate and pregnancy, you'll see that it's suppose to go up with each trimester. As long as it's under 120, you should be ok. My heartrate is always above 100 in the 3rd trimester. It does mean i can't take certain meds that can increase heartrate, but it's not a big deal.
In your situation, here's what i'd do. I'd call your dr and tell him that you're worried about your bp. Tell him you want to do the 24 hour urine test to see if you're leaking protein. Buy a blood pressure cuff or go to a pharmacy and take your bp at least once a day. If it goes over what it was, call your dr. If it stays high, call your dr.
I think the nurse was scaring you a lot unnecessarily.
ya i no and thats understandable i wanted 2 stay with my old dr cause he told me everything id need 2 no but then i moved and had 2 get a new doctor
