I am down to the weight I was before I had dd. I didn't diet or anything but I want to tone up my stomach and butt. I don't even know were to start I know I have to kick the sodas thats my main problem, and to start a routine of exercising. I just honestly don't know were to start will you ladies help me please????

I used to work out before I had little one run 5 days a week and worked out 3 days a week, but I ate whatever I wanted. I can't do that now because I can't workout like that. I was just wandering what little things I could do to make it better. Thanks

to be honest after i had my little boy i let myself go then my mom had my little brother in feb and we was browsing workouts to do at home other than jogging a squats and we got this and WOW its toning my butt lifting it and my back fat LOL but i feel great.. you can email me and ill give u the site to get it.
