Quoting Dawn&Leila +1!:" The title says it all. I want to eat rotini noodles with Classico Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce and I can't ... [snip!] ... The sauce contains: cream, parmesan cheese, romano cheese and provolone cheese. Also-- Can I eat tuna in a can? TIA :)"

It should say on the package if it is or not. I know crumbly cheeses, and blue vein cheeses are a no no.
But yes tuna is fine, as long as it isnt albacore.

I may be wrong, but I think soft cheeses like brie and camembert are not pasteurized. I think parm probably is. I don't really know though lol google it And I think tuna in a can is fine as long as you're not eating truckloads of it.

Don't freak, a little wont hurt you or the baby. Just stay away from it from here on out, as it can contain higher levels of mercury.

Most of those jar cheese sauces are fine and pasteurized. And I eat only light tuna when pregnant, per my doctor,

Im rather certain that all cheeses sold in the US are pasturized, as per the FDA.

That said, dude, eat what you want.

I mostly disagree. What specifically are you referring to?

Ditto... lol cold sandwiches almost every kind of cheese.. I didn't even hear about not being able to eat them until my second pregnancy.. But even then the chance of listeria is relatively low

I always follow the guidelines. It doesn't hurt me to avoid certain foods for 9 months. The chances are low, but I'd never forgive myself if I caused harm by doing something I was warned about. I understand some people feel the chances are so low and they feel safe doing so. Just not for me.
