So I'm trying really hard to lose 15 pounds. I've read that when you're working out and dieting the best thing to do to help weight loss is to have a big breakfast, medium size lunch, and small dinner/
Ok, I have no idea how to eat a big breakfast so I need suggestions lol. I usually only have a cup of coffee and a piece of toast.
I also have zero ideas for small dinners. When I make dinner for my family, there's a lot of food. Should I just give myself smaller portions?
TIA.

what about if you do breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner? Just make sure the meals are small portions. When you eat atleast 5 times a day, it'll speed you metabolism.

Lol. That's what I'm doing. I've lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. It's probably water weight, but still! Lol

Instead of that you should do 6 small meals. I can't eat a large breakfast either. I just had a glass of apple juice and a plum. Lol But I'll probably eat something small in another hour or two. Drink LOTS of water...I drink like a ton during the day. Counting calories has ALWAYS worked for me and that's with minimal work outs.

I'm using Livestrong.com to count calories and I'm doing 30 Day Shred so I'm hoping between the two I'll see some results soon.

That's good and most you will! Everytime I've ever counted calories I've dropped weight fairly quickly.

For breakfast I usually have either a bowl of oatmeal with raisins, scrambled eggs, or a banana with yogurt.
For lunch I found these awesome wraps, either that or I'll have a salad or something

Snacks I have fiber bars, rice cakes *the chocolate kind are my fave* yogurt, fruit, or veggies
Supper depends, I pay close attention to the serving portions and eat a salad

Hope this helped, good luck!

Oooh they look yummy. Do they have them at Kroger or Hyvee? I've never seen those before.

We have neither of those stores in Montana lol. I found them at the market here, which is wierd b/c it's a super small town lol. I looked at Walmart when I was doing my monthly shopping in the city, but couldn't find them. Maybe you can special order some at your local store?

What you need is a healthy weight loss plan. You need to learn how to manage your diet in order to drop those extra pounds. Assuming you work out, find a diet that is low in carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc) and high in proteins (meats, eggs, fish, tofu etc). I went on the Dukan diet this time last year (had a total of 24 pounds to lose) and I did it in a matter of 12 weeks. The diet is easy to maintain and I
