You could get 10 flour sack thingies from Wal Mart for $10. Then spend another 15 on covers?

awesome, and with my 13 blankets that would be 23 flats total!
And some of blankets are small, in that case I would just use the pad fold, right? Since they are too small to fit on him origami style.

Yes. I do a kite fold with a padfold inside so I can snappi on and then ds doesn't pee through. :) It's usually thick enough to go coverless at home as long as I change at least every 2 hours.

Or instead of a pad fold I do a weird padfold with most of the absorbancy up front. :) lol. Boys pee forward.

yeah that makes sense! The blankets are all varying sizes, but some of them are too small to get a good enough rise on him origami style. And he is not a heavy wetter at all, so I think a good padfold would work well.

Oh yeah the disposable is only for while we are staying at moms since she sometimes watches him and is just getting introduced to cd. She is liie "ill do it but slowly lol"

When I change the diaper do I just put it straight in wash. Or just quick rinse and put in a container till the end of the day? I can wash each day that's no problem just don't wanna be washing 1 diaper at a time.

I don't rinse... I just have a garbage can with a laundry bag in it that I wash when I wash the diapers which is every other day. I dump poop into toilet first. I very rarely have to scrape. But I have a toddler. When I have ebf poopy diapers I don't do anything besides through them in the bucket until I wash.

When I wash (I have an he machine) I do a quick wash cold with no soap, a hot wash regular with detergent, and a quick wash cold after that. Then I dry inserts/flats/prefolds/ anything that isn't pul in the drier on low and the pockets/covers/ anything with pul on a rack. :)

nickisdiapers.com does free shipping on all covers if I'm not mistaken. :)

You don't have to rinse, just make sure to put the poop in the toilet if possible and and then you can put the diaper in a wetbag or trash can with liner until wash time.
