I don't usually buy from etsy at all. I go for ideas of things to make myself sometimes though (for xmas or other holiday gifts).

I ONLY buy super cheap diapers though too so... like ebay cheapies. I don't pay more than $7.50 for a diaper. But that's because I can make them myself. I know nothing about any brand or WAHM diaper, that's why I don't say much here. I'm so outta the "loop" 'cause I only use them, don't really buy them. haha

I can't bring myself to pay more than 10$. Even then, it makes me cringe. But I'm well stocked with china cheapies, and if I need anymore I send out pitches and do reviews. It's a win-win.

Yeah, I'm way to cheap for that. Not saying the WAHM doesn't deserve it or should lower the price... I"m just not that rich lol And again, can make it myself.

I got quite a few "good" ones from friends. I have a bunch of Fuzzibunz and other brands I don't remember 'cause I don't follow brands. haha

Exactly. It isn't that they don't deserve 20$ for a diaper. I just don't have it. But I don't know about 40$+ for a diaper, unless it lasts forever and is made perfectly. The exception to that is wool.

Lol. That's why the only WAHM stuff I have so far is BMB... She is always easy to contact with questions, is super active on facebook, and with all of the sales she has and clearance prints I don't have to pay a bunch for good stuff.

I still really want a squishy though. lol. But I feel like some wahm brands are almost like purses. There are ones that work just fine then there are ones with better names. Lol. Maybe cloth is like a status symbol for some people. :) I just love my flats and covers the most and I love the feeling of knowing I'm just saving so much money using them. :)

I DEFINITELY think some of it is "status"... there's women who boast about who they have bought. lol

Some of the WAHM diapers are more like art... the ones pieced together to look like R2d2? Yeah, money. Or the ones with a lot of embroidery/appliques/etc. Sure. There's some amazingly creative diapers out there.

LOL that's a hilarious way to look at it.

I feel like maybe some people buy Goodmama just because it's expensive and they can. Maybe not? I can't really say because I've never tried one, but I hear that they are not too great.

I know! Those diapers are so cool! But if I spent the money I don't think I'd be able to let ds pee or poop in it. Lol.

Or the people that buy diapers through an auction for charity and pay like $100 for a diaper. My lord. lol

If i could sew i'd totally give making them a go.

Thats why i tried LFP, all the mummies on various sites were raving about them & they sell as soon as she stocks them... its ok.. but im not as amazed or in love as i thought i'd be - not worth the $40 IMO.

Im glad i got it out of my system though hahaha!

Bamboo fitteds worked best for RJ, but everything else leaked including those mega super absorbent nighttime disposables with a cover and insert over the top of it. But, he also slept 12-14 hours straight. Now he sleeps 10-12 and we still get leaks more nights than not. He is a super pisser. LOL

Then what they'll do is have a sale so people think they're getting a deal when they're not  kind of how gas companies raise gas prices then we they go down 5 cents we think we're getting a good deal haha
