Quoting Jace's Mom [TTC #2]:" A month? Yuck! Are you taking iron supplements? How low is your H&H, or did they tell you that info? "

Three times a day! My hemoglobin was 8 on Friday. Is that what you mean by H&H?

Quoting LamenLaur:" Hubby and I spoke briefly about it yesterday and agreed that it is something that we would be willing ... [snip!] ... but want to speak with them more about it. It also depends on what the health insurance covers. I know diddly squat about IVF."

I do believe NJ is a mandated state. One of my verrrry close friends is going through IVF. She lives in Hoboken but works at NYU so her insurance is NY. :/

Never developed past last weeks point, so never more than a fetal pole.

So is it normal to feel this shitty with hemoglobin at 8? I do okay while walking but if I have to stand still for more than about 30 seconds I start to feel really queasy and then my ears will start to ring. This makes showering almost a herculean task, although much easier since getting a bench in the shower.

Hoboken is about a 20 minute drive from me. I am covered under my husband's insurance and he works in NY but his headquarters is in IL so it'll be an interesting find to see what's covered.

Well got my ivf protocol today. She's gonna put me on gonal f, Femera and menopure. I think that's what it's called. She said based on my AMH I need to be done having kids in the next 5 years and will probably start menopause at 45. Which is when my mom started. We are still waiting til June though to start til we get back from vacation.

I wonder if that means I'll start menopause at 40. That's next year, ugh.

Congrats on getting your protocol! It gets so exciting once things start rolling.
