Anything and Everything. :D
I've done quite a few of the beach body programs, like Insanity, Power 90, ChaLean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift, etc (my husband's a coach, so we've acquired quite a few of them, lol) I never stick through the entire thing, but I like mixing em up and doing one one day, then a different one the next.
I also like going running, I started last spring and enjoy it more and more each time, though I definitely don't do it as much as I should.
Then I go the gym sometimes too with friends and do weights.
I'm not consistent with any work out, but I just make sure I'm doing something!
Awesome as long as your staying active right!!! I have been kind of interested in doing insanity. But thought I would start with working on my elliptical to get my body in shape a little.

Drinking enough water helps me with not retaining water and helps me to not over eat! It's just hard for me to remember to drink anything..

Hey Kattie! Sure thing, you can give me your weight if you want and I can add you to the OP. I finally went and got some healthier foods yesterday, thank goodness to have some fresh veggies and fruits in the house instead of too much junk from when my husband grocery shops lol.

you guys.. I have baby fever so bad. :oops::x
I promised myself the next time I get pregnant I'll be under 150, but I'd really ideally like to be around 135 (then hopefully only gain 25lb during :lol:)
But, it's seriously so bad. It's literally consuming my thoughts a majority of the day and I can't help but finding myself browsing for baby stuff all the time.
SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF THIS URGE! Seth and I decided to wait to TTC until July (I know he's as anxious as I am) and I need to stick to thattttttttttt.
Back down to 157! haha. I went up for a few days from eating bad, haha.
I also cut off all my hair, so maybe that helped! lol. Feeling motivated to get past this little block I've been at.

I'm reallllly hoping I can get under 160 by the time Seth gets home. I have a little over 2 months to lose 18lbs. I SHOULD be able to accomplish that, if not more!
