At my appt earlier my doctor told me my LO is still very high. Due to medical issues I may be getting induced next week and I'm worried about him being so high and it ending in a csection.
Is there anything I can do to help move him down a little or to get him to engage?

I really want to avoid a c-section if at all possible.

Go on all fours on a bed,
then lean down with your elbows on the bed and your bum in the air.
Then rock back and forward for like 10 minutes.

It looks weird, but it helped my little one drop. :)

Or go swimming! :D
