did any of you moms gone past your due date with ur 3rd baby? i had m boys before their due dates. im hope this one comes on time or before. im nervous cus a few of my friends had their babies late after having their first or second early.
Nope. Had all three of my kids at 37 weeks.
Quoting Mrs. Post-tato Head:" Nope. Had all three of my kids at 37 weeks."
is that typical? cuz i was wondering the same thing.. i had my son at 38 weeks last time and this time i was thinking shed come same time.... is it dfferent with each pregnancy or what?
I've only had two kids, but my second came later than my first (was 40w4d with #1 and 41w1d with #2), so I wouldn't be shocked if I went over with #3, too.
My SIL had all 4 of her kids past her due date! Her last one was the latest at 42 weeks.
they typically follow the same pattern as previous pregnancies, but pregnancies are still all different, so it doesnt necessairly mean it will follow the pattern. my water broke right at 38 weeks with my first, and i had my second at 39 1/2 weeks
I only have two, first was 42w1d and second was 41w3d......both induced, my doctor said if I have any more they would be born by c section, so I would assume it would be earlier than my others, lol

I'm not really sure how typical it is. I've always kind of considered it coincidence. My first my water broke randomly at 37w1d. My second I got BAD contractions all the sudden at 36w6d (barely made it to the hospital. My entire labor from first contraction to birth was LESS than two hours). And my third I hoped to go longer but I was induced due to Pre-E at 37w exactly.
My 2nd pregnancy was my longest (38 weeks) ...though the other 2 I've had were both 36 weeks.
My sister is a rare person who had 2 kids on their due dates exactly and one other came a few days early. She's pregnant with her 4th ...who knows where that's going.
