I've been having this aching pain near my hip, it feels like my hip or leg popped out of socket/ when i get up from sleeping it hurts real bad when i walk, i have to walk like a cripple. I guess it's weight gain or sciatica nerve or the releaxin that is released? I dont know, i just want to know if anyone else feels this????
I been having leg pains when I sleep at night.. If I lay on the one side to long I feel like I have a dead leg.. Plus my wrists.. Hurt so bad. It sucks!
Oh I'm only 21 weeks and have been dealing with this since i was like 16 weeks. My hip is also internally rotated which i think is making it worse. The only thing I have found to help is sleeping with a king size pillow lengthways between my legs so they are in proper alignment. It is not that comfortable trying to sleep but it relieves the pain when i'm awake.
yeah I have to sleep on my couch now, If i try to sleep anywhere else I can't move I literally need help just to walk to pee.
my right hip feels like it is going to detach.. lol. like the inside of it. but, my daughters head is there according to my doctor, she said it just means baby flipped to head down position. my pain is terrible though. i'll be 33 weeks tomorrow & it's been hurting for about a month..
i have joint pain everywhere- hips, shoulders, and middle back. and im only 13 1/2 weeks along. i used to be a massage therapist, and as long as you are into your 2nd trimester, it is perfectly safe to get a massage! its great for muscle aches and pains, and good for joint health too!
