So I am wide awake reading about getting the packing removed from the lanced boil.. and I have to take my dd with me to the Doctor's.... I really hope it doesn't hurt...

I HATE pain and suck at it. I just hope it has healed pretty nicely so they don't have to repackage the lanced boil....

oh well, I am going to take the big girl pill and just get it over and done with in a few hours....

I've had a cyst packed three times and honestly the procedure of packing hurts more than the removal. The removal for that hurt, yes, but it was far quicker than the packing so it's over faster and less traumatic. IDK if it's different for a boil.

My dad's ex girlfriend had something like that, instead of going to a doctor to have the stupid thing removed, she freaking asked me to do it. NEVER, will I EVER do something like that again......*makes sick face*

I stepped on a landscaping stake when I was a kid and had to get it cleaned out and wicked. They numbed it so I didn't feel the packing, but I had to remove the wick on my own after a certain number of days, and HOLY SHIT.

That shit hurt like nothing else
