Ectopic Pregnancy in C-section scar *~Terra~* 65 kids; Montgomery, Pennsylvania 32918 posts

Do you know anyone who has had this. If so... I'd like to chat with you.

Its very rare. I had this happen to me back in December and Im just looking to get in touch with somebody else who has gone through the same thing. I want to talk to them about what happened after with trying to have kids and such.

* Note, this is nothing like having an ectopic pregnancy in your fallopian tube. This type of ectopic pregnancy plants itself deep within your old scar tissue from having a previous c-section. And can be fatal if not taken care of asap.

Can you ask your doctor? Maybe there is someone else in his practice that would like to talk to someone as well???

It'ssurprisinghow not p to date doctors are. I had D-MER (www.dmer.org) and my doctor had never even heard of it much less knew how to treat it!
