It's 1 scoop to every 50 mls :) and you go buy weight not measurement, and if you have an infant or newborn baby you'll need slow teats so they don't choke on the formula or get bad indigestion

Similac Advanced has always been my choice

I don't get WIC here in NY, but they use Emfamil formula.  The hospital started Rowan on Similac Advanced.  She was on that for several months, when SO bought Parents' Choice.  (They have similar packaging and he didn't pay attention).  She took it fine.  I asked my pediatrician and he said the only difference is the grain size.  Similac has a finer grain than Parent's choice.  She has been fine with it for 3 months.

I wouldn't suggest using enfamil. I tried it once for my son and he had diarrhea for the following two days. I use similac not only can my son handle it but it has iron in it

all formula has iron, and diarrhea happens when changing formulas, especially if not done slowly, and it takes about 2 weeks for them to adjust to it. i use enfamil and my DS had breast fed like poop up until we started solids.

yes. I tried it because wic gave it to me because I was using similac sensitive. baby screamed, puked, had the runs and bad gas, he would not drink a bottle. so I put him back on similac sensitive up until it constipated him really bad, now we use enfamil infant (yellow) and don't have any problems.

I had never used any formula for baby bottle feeding. I used only mixture of water and milk. I liked pacific baby bottles for baby feeding.

I just started feeding my baby formula today cause I had problems with my breastmilk. They had me supplement his breastmilk with neosure cause he is a preemie. Anyway I was wondering how long it takes them to get used to formula after being on breastmilk? And how often should they poop? Michael used to have a poopy diaper befor every feeding and sometimes after (with the breastmilk) so far today he hasnt pooped is this normal?

Im having this issue w my baby shes on formula and hasnt pooped all day yesterday and today but the nurse told me that babys on formula can go up to 3 days with out pooping as to a baby on brest milk would poop all the tme

It's important that Baby gets the hang of breastfeeding before you offer him a bottle.
Most of parents will be confusing when you see some brands say they support your baby's immune system. Whichever formula milk you choose, it can't be like breastmilk, but all formulas must meet requirements to support adequate growth and nutrition for babies. we have used cow and gate, after a recommendation from someone.

Here you can go through this information about different types of infant formula and to choose it which I had come across.
