so I totally didn't follow my diet today and now I have this sense of dread that I'm going to gain weight.
I think that tomorrow when I weigh myself I will be 5 pounds heavier.
I just lost 15 pounds, so I'm like freaking out.
Is that possible? To eat bad one day and automatically gain a lot of weight the next day?
I think you will be fine. Its okay to have a cheat day here and there.

No, and if you do it's only from water weight. I would just not weigh yourself for a day or two. :D
there are 3600 calories in a pound... so if you ate like 5000 calories today...then you'll probably gain a few ounces..

it's actually suggested that you cheat once a week so that you dont start hating your diet and fall completely off.
Well last weekend for my son's birthday I ate cake, nachos, and a hamburger all in one day and gained a few pounds. Then the next day I ran and burnt it all off and was back to my normal weight.
